Terry Delonas 
LipoWear was founded by a long time HIV/AIDS survivor, Terry Delonas, who suffered from lipoatrophy and significant sitting pain. He recognized the potential of a simple, discreet padded underwear solution, SitRelief Shorts, to provide sitting pain relief and allow lipoatrophy patients to return to many activities of daily life that had been abandoned and thrive once again. Mr. Delonas serves on the boards and committees of several AIDS Service Organizations and is the recipient of multiple AIDS services awards.
Joe Bollert, PhD
Mr. Delonas asked a clinical research executive, Joe Bollert, PhD, to help him design the prototype SitRelief Shorts and develop a clinical trial to test the usefulness of the padded shorts to provide sitting pain relief and also to measure the impact on the Quality of Life for such patients. Two years of design and testing perfected SitRelief Shorts. Dr. Bollert has a 30 year career in clinical research developing drugs and medical products.
Joann Reina
The third member of our team is Joann Reina, a project management executive, who is responsible for the logistics of developing the SitRelief Shorts and sourcing the production. Ms. Reina is an experienced project management professional with extensive experience in multi million dollar vendor selection, negotiation & management.
Mission
Our mission is to design and make available products that allow persons with lipoatrophy and sarcopenia to return to normal activities denied them by the pain and suffering incurred when sitting.
Giving Back 
The LipoWear team is dedicated to the elimination of sitting pain for lipoatrophy sufferers and will donate 10% of corporate profits to AIDS Service Organizations.
